The Variant 25A is a powered, bi-amplified ultra-compact line array module. Variant Installation Array brings the unique advantages of the powered line array to the world's small to mid-sized venues and is designed for use as a multi-box array, as a fill unit for front and under-balcony fills, or combined with other D.A.S. line array systems. The ultra-compact design of the Variant provides systems designers with a product that offers high output and exceptional sound in an attractive and visually discreet package. The Variant Installation Array is ideal for use as a main system in theatres, houses of worship or corporate events.

The loudspeaker components of the Variant 25A include two 5B, 5" cone transducers. A high efficiency, low distortion M-5N neodymium compression driver with 2" titanium diaphragm offers reliability, high output and wide dynamic range. The D.A.S. designed SERPIS-25 high frequency plane wave generator provides coherent summing of the high frequencies. Power for the Variant 25A is provided by a twin channel class AB amplifier. The unit offers a power rating of 250 W peak for the low frequency transducers and 150W peak for the high frequency section. Included in the electronics package is the active crossover, signal processing, limitation and protection circuitry.

D.A.S. DSP-26 Processor
The DSP-26 is a loudspeaker system management processor which uses digital signal processing in order to accomplish the functions of an analogue crossover, equalizer, limiter, and delay unit. Designed for applications such as zoning and permanent installations, PA systems and stage monitor set ups, the DSP-26 features two balanced analogue inputs and six balanced outputs using XLR connectors.

The CSA series amplifiers are D.A.S's latest offer in stereo amplifiers with 70 and 100 volt outputs for distributed audio systems.

Housed in a rugged steel chassis, The CSA series amplifiers offer a rugged, cost-effective power solution for any permanently installed sound system. They include front located gain controls, XLR and screw terminal connectors. Covered barrier strip output connectors provide safe and reliable connections.

The CSA-300T is a stereo amplifier which incorporates a rugged all-steel chassis ensuring structural rigidity and component protection. Twin variable speed, low-noise fans offer both quiet and cool operation while the high energy toroidal transformers save weight. The modular construction makes replacement easy.
