Information by the shareholders concerning alterations in the management structure

The shareholders of Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG and
Dipl.-Ing. Rolf Meyer, President Marketing and Sales and Speaker of the Executive Committee, unanimously have decided to terminate the cooperation with immediate effect.

At the same time the shareholders would like to thank Mr. Meyer for his intense and successful cooperation in different assignments for the company during the past twelve years and wish him the very best of luck for his future endeavours.

Effective immediately Dipl.-Ing. Volker Bartels, President Manufacturing and Logistics, takes on the function as Speaker of the Executive Committee.

Furthermore Mrs. Susanne Seidel, Vice-President Marketing, takes on responsibility for Marketing in the entire Sennheiser Group and becomes a Member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Paul Whiting, Vice-President Sales, takes on responsibility for Sales in the entire Sennheiser Group and becomes a Member of the Executive Committee.

The shareholders would like to wish those taking on new assignments good luck and success for the challenging jobs that lie ahead.
