Hall One is a medium-sized conference room measuring about 50m x 50m. One of the requirements was to take into account the fact that the hall can be divided into two parts. It should be possible to run the system with 5 channels independently for each part as well as to provide 10 channels for the whole room.

The radiators had to be positioned and directed in such a way that the audience area was sufficiently covered. Placing the modulators at the back of the room made it necessary to verify that the cable length needed for the connections did not cause disturbing interference. The EASE-IR simulation results showed the optimum number of radiators, as well as their locations and radiation power. The solution was to install 12 radiators, 6 for each part.

The space allows for about 1300 seats, and also provides 10 soundproof rooms for the interpreters.
