General Description
Designed according to international standards, the SDC 8200 ID interpreter unit is an ideal choice for large, international conferences with up to 28 translated languages and up to eight interpreter units per booth. The SDC 8200 ID is extremely easy to use. All important information and settings are shown on a back-lit graphic LCD display. The incoming languages can be chosen via three configurable relais keys. A language quality indicator marks the language which has been translated several times, thus avoiding possible information loss.

Digital interpreter unit designed according to international standards ISO 2603 and IEC 849, for use by one interpreter. Management of up to 28 languages, with up to eight interpreter units per booth. Back-lit graphic LCD display (122 x 32 dots) for displaying selected languages, settings and messages. Three relay keys for incoming languages, programmable by the interpreter. Indication of language quality. Two switchable A/B output channels with red “ENGAGED” LED. Microphone on/off key with red LED for indicating a switched on microphone. Back-electret condenser gooseneck microphone with cardioid pick-up pattern and red LED ring underneath the microphone head for indicating an active microphone.
