Terms & Conditions
1.
This registration of clans is open to all residents of the United Kingdom, except for employees (and their families) of Sennheiser UK Limited, its respective agencies and any other person, company or business directly involved in the administration of this program.
2.
Entrants must be above age 16 and include all details required on the entry form.
3.
By submitting an entry form, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms, conditions and rules and will be subject to email newsletters by Sennheiser U.K.
4.
The next set of Clans to be featured will be announced on 05/02/2010
5.
The entrants will be awarded on the basis of having a banner on the clans homepage. Sennheiser will monitor and record which teams have kept these on their site. Support will only be given to those who adhere to this rule.
6.
Technical errors are excepted and the promoter does not accept liability for these.
7.
There is no cash alternative to any prize. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to vary prizes and to substitute a prize of equivalent value.
8.
Competition winners will be notified within 10 working days of the closing date (31st January 2010). By entering, prize winners consent to being identified by name and may be asked to participate in promotional events and publicity.
