Sennheiser UK recruits for channel success
High Wycombe, Bucks UK 02 August 2011 - Sennheiser Communications, a leading provider of premium headset solutions is enjoying continued success, reporting increased growth in the competative headset market, and strong sales for the first half of 2011. To capitalise on this success the company has recruited new upper management personnel to support Sennheiser’s channel partners and drive further increases in sales. Joining the Sennheiser team are Nigel Holland, Michael Waterworth and Paul Turner.
As Product Manager, Nigel will be responsible for the marketing of Sennheiser Communication’s consumer, prosumer and professional products, with particular focus on the growing areas of PC VoIP and UC within the professional telecoms markets. With previous experience in the professional headset market, Nigel brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge.
Michael will take on the role of Sennheiser Communications Sales North, and Paul the role of Business Development Manager. Each of them will be responsible for supporting Sennheiser’s channel partners and driving sales of Sennheiser headsets. This will be achieved by communicating directly with end users within corporate businesses, contact centres and public sector organisations and educating them on the benefits of Sennheiser products. Subsequent orders will then be delivered to the appropriate channel partner for fulfilment.
With ten years market experience, Paul Turner has a detailed understanding of vertical market applications for headset technology in sectors such as banking, law, finance and large corporate enterprises. Michael Waterworth has worked for various businesses in the telecoms industry and like Paul is no stranger to dealing with large enterprises in the corporate arena.
